We went here on our last night in Berlin, and the best way I can describe it is a German pub that serves Deustche "Soul Food" (that is, hardy traditional German meals that have little flair but lots of substance). There is a great selection of beers and the pricing is also nice. There is a sit down area for dining, as well as a more traditional bar. There are also some cheap bar games like foosball, pool, and digital card machines.
Had I spent more time in Steglitz, I might have gone here multiple times as they server breakfast, lunch, and dinner and have a wide variety of items. -

A place where locals get together to have beers and snacks. They serve all three meals of the day and the food on the dinner side had a limited menu of mostly meats.
Food is good, not great. I had the burger and my wife had the Wiener schnitzel. I would come back here with friends, but I wouldn't choose to come back on my own. -

My go to place for beer in the Steglitz area. The service is great and the beer has standard price. There is a pool table where you can play for 1 Euro per game.

I had dinner with a friend here. She ordered a filled crepe (the one with spinach) and I had a chicken salad with raspberry vinaigrette. My salad was good - nothing too special about it though. It comes with grilled mushrooms but I only had like 4 slices in my salad. The raspberry vinaigrette, however, was delicious. It tasted super fresh and had actual raspberries in it. Overall I was pretty satisfied with my salad. I tried my friend's crepe too and it was good but could have had a bit more seasoning for my taste. The waiter was very friendly! I would definitely go there again. It was a nice atmosphere for a friends dinner too
